A cleaning takes about an hour: plaque and tartar off, gums checked, a polish before you go. Exams and digital x-rays when they're due, fluoride and sealants for the kids.

Cleanings to crowns, kids to grandparents. If we can't do something in-house, we'll tell you and refer you to someone who can.
Right here in Laramie
Root canals, without the road trip.
Most Laramie dentists refer root canals to Cheyenne or Fort Collins. Dr. Walgren does them here, and if you're hurting we can often see you the same day.
Fillings & crowns
Tooth-colored or traditional silver fillings, and we'll talk through which fits the tooth. Custom crowns when a tooth needs more. We numb things right and we don't rush.
Extractions & wisdom teeth
When a tooth can't be saved, we take it out gently: numbed properly, explained first, with clear aftercare. Wisdom teeth too, before they cause trouble.
Cosmetic dentistry
Whitening in the office in about an hour, or take-home trays. Veneers and reshaping for chips and gaps. We'll be honest about what's worth doing and what isn't.
Pediatric care
Kids' first visits, sealants, and a calm chair-side approach. We see the whole family.
Implants & restorative work
Missing teeth, broken teeth, old work that's failing. Bridges, implants, modern technique, conservative approach.
Second opinions
If another dentist has handed you a big treatment plan, bring it in. We'll look it over honestly and tell you what we'd do, even if that's nothing yet.
Weekend & after-hours
Emergencies don't wait for Monday.
Knocked-out tooth, broken crown, swelling that won't quit: we take emergency calls evenings and weekends. Same number, any time.
